Services
We offer behavioral training services for dogs — private sessions, in-home consultations, group cohorts, and online coaching. Specific scope, schedule, and pricing are agreed in writing per engagement.
Bookings and payment
Sessions are confirmed once a deposit is received. Full session fees are due no later than 48 hours before the scheduled meeting. Payment methods are agreed at booking.
Cancellation
Cancellations 24+ hours in advance are fully refundable. Cancellations within 24 hours forfeit 50% of the session fee. No-shows forfeit the full fee.
Honest expectations
We do not guarantee specific outcomes. Behavioral progress depends on consistent practice at home, the dog's history, and many factors outside the studio. We commit to ethical, evidence-based methods and full transparency about what we observe.
Safety
You are responsible for your dog's behavior in public spaces and around third parties. If your dog has a bite history, you must disclose this before any in-person session. We may decline or require special protocols (muzzle, leash) for high-risk cases.
Intellectual property
All website content, written materials, photographs, and training plans authored by us remain our intellectual property. Personal use is permitted; commercial reproduction is not.
Liability
We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our maximum liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service that gave rise to the claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Tel Aviv-Jaffa.
